My husband and I debated between hiring a small alarm company versus a big national company when we were installing an alarm system in our new house. We decided to go with a small company like Rappaport Alarms, Inc. Our decision was an easy one, due to the fact that we could always get the owner of the company to address any issue personally. I called Steve Rappaport at 7:30 a.m., and he had someone here at 9 a.m.to address the problem. It is very difficult these days to find company owners who pride themselves on excellent customer service, and we believe that Steve Rappaport gets an “A” in that department. When our alarm system was being installed, it was done efficiently, the workers cleaned up, and everything was tested and taught to us in a user-friendly manner. We have recommended Rappaport Alarms to a few friends, and they are all very satisfied customers.”
